تعبئة استمارة التسجيل على الرابط أسفل الصفحة.

يجب طبع استمارة التسجيل بعد تعبئتها، لتوقيعها وختمها، ثم إرسالها مرفقة بوصل الدفع، بالبريد على العنوان التالي:

يجب تعبئة استمارة التسجيل باللغة الإنجليزية، المساحات التي عليها علامة * إجبارية.

  (لا يتم منح صلاحية الاطلاع على المحتوى المخصص للمنتسبين إلا بعد استلام الغرفة التجارية الصناعية العربية البرتغالية لاستمارة التسجيل الأصلية، موقعة ومختومة، ووصل الدفع).

 

الرسومات والدفع: 

رسم التسجيل: 200 يورو (مئتي يورو) تُدفع عند التسجيل.

الحصّة السّنوية: 300 يورو (ثلاثمئة يورو) تُدفع خلال شهر الانتساب، سنويا.

قيمة الانتساب للغرفة صالحة لمدة 12 شهرا، ويتم تجديده سنويا لفترات متساوية ومتعاقبة بعد دفع الحصة السنوية خلال شهر التسجيل. على الشركة، في حالة الرغبة في إلغاء الانتساب أن تُعلم بذلك كتابيًّا، وفي تاريخ لا يقلّ عن ثلاثين (30) يومًا من تاريخ التجديد للسنة الموالية. في حالة لم يتم الإبلاغ حسب الشروط المذكورة، فإن الشركة مُلزمة بدفع الحصص المستحقة.

      FORMALIZATION OF REGISTRATION

      The Membership Registration Form must be printed, duly stamped and signed, sent by post together with proof of payment to: Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Árabe-Portuguesa - Av. Fontes Pereira de Melo, nº 19 - 8º Direito, 1050-116 Lisboa – Portugal.

      The Members Area will only be available after CCIAP receives the Original Registration Form duly stamped and signed and respective Proof of Payment.

      Payment

      Registration Fee: €200,00 (two hundred euros) Payable at the time of Registration.

      Annual Fee: €300,00 (three hundred euros).

      The annual fee will be paid in the month of registration, yearly. Associate membership is valid for 12 months and is automatically renewed for equal and successive periods. If not reported in writing, at least thirty (30) days before the renewal date for the subsequent year, the Company is obliged to pay the overdue membership fee.
